Kori Bakery.
Kori, located in Orlando, FL, is a space as thoughtfully crafted as the baked goods served. Just as the Japanese-inspired baked goods are a twist on traditional favorites, the space marries these influences with a sense of comfort and minimalist sophistication. The vaulted ceilings in the bakery takes inspiration from the gentle, rounded shape of freshly baked bread, evoking a sense of warmth and elevation. This organic, flowing design creates an inviting atmosphere, with soft curves mimicking the rise of dough in the oven, offering a comforting feeling of spaciousness and light. Natural light floods the interior, further enhancing the airy and welcoming vibe, while the clean lines and minimalist aesthetic pay homage to Japanese design principles. The materials used throughout the space were carefully selected to provide a sense of warmth and authenticity.
